Isa's room

Looking for someone to take over the remaining of my lease from Jan-June 2024, with the option to renew short term or long term. December is already paid for so you may move in early in the last week of December if you would like to. In addition, I can leave you my queen mattress (new mattress, only one month old) and bed frame for free if you would like.

This is a nice 2 story, 3 bedroom home. Each bedroom comes with a full private bathroom and coded/key locks on bedroom doors. Rent is 800 and the only utilities of electric and wifi are split between roommates. Quiet neighborhood, 5 min walk to the Market Frankford line for easy public transportation commuting. Would love to stay but unfortunately need to relocate for work. First, last, and security is required for move in along with a background check. There’s currently one other woman occupying the space. She works from home and is very quiet and kind. My bedroom is located on the first floor, and the other two women will be in the basement bedrooms. There will be one other roommate moving in to occupy the 3rd bedroom on the 20th of December.
