Yushi + Nat's room

We’re currently renting this property and our current roommate is going to be moving away soon, so we have a room opening up. This townhome is a 2b2b, and you’ll get your own bedroom and your own bathroom. The room is quite big and has a south-facing window, overlooking the driveway. It has a closet and overhead light + fan as well. The bathroom is the “shared” bathroom but other than guests, we will never use it since we have our own in the room. It includes a shower/tub, sink, and toilet.

The townhome has a very large yard with a patio (and an Orange Tree!), an in-unit laundry, 2-car garage (You’ll get a space if you need it), and heating / ac.

The living room and dining room are fully furnished and very clean. Similarly, the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and utensils, which we are more than happy to share.

The area is in a very safe area with lots of families, schools, and parks nearby. It’s right next to Apple, close to Google, and close to many grocery stores like Lucky’s, Costco, Hankook Supermarket (Korean Market), and many food places! We’ve always felt safe and happy here.

Additionally, the complex has a private pool we have access to, and the water + garbage utilities are paid by the landlords, so we only pay for gas + electricity + internet.

You’ll be living with me (26 M), my girlfriend Nat (25 F), and our dog Apollo, who is a 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog who is very friendly and LOVES people. We both are working people and we both work from home every day.

We are both very clean people, meaning, we will pick up and clean dishes right away, vacuum + mop the home, try to stay organized, and generally keep the home looking good. We would expect our future roommates to also maintain good general cleanliness, mainly just picking up after themselves in the kitchen and shared spaces. They don’t have to be people who must deep clean or anything :)

We generally stay quiet throughout the day and like to keep to ourselves, but we are always open to socializing and hanging out. Sometimes, if we make a lot of food or we bake some stuff, we love to share it with our roommates! We don’t drink or smoke, and we prefer non-smokers.

About us, I am a software engineer who, like other tech people likes to go rock climbing and play games. I also like to do woodworking in my free time (I have a small workshop out in the corner of our yard/patio), take my dog out to play, and I love to cook and bake foods, so you’ll occasionally get offered free food if you’d like! On occasion, I like to go hiking with my dog too!

My girlfriend is a content reviewer who also likes to go rock climbing with me. She also is an avid gamer, but she also likes to do art and loves cute stuff, and also loves K-POP!

We’re looking for a clean, quiet, professional, and good-natured person who is okay with a dog. We are very open-minded people so we are always open to communicating if any problems occur or need help with anything! Message us if we seem like a good fit and we can talk details!
