It’s a nice complex that’s competitive for student housing, though you don’t need to be a student, the complex itself is generally safe, there’s a pool, gym, quiet computer room all located at the leasing office. To add yourself to the lease it’s 50 dollars. Electric is seperate and about 60 to 70. Rent is 568 split amongst 4 roomates. Rent is due on the first of the month.

About the roomates: My nick name I go by is Arthur and I live with another roomate named Riley, our previous roomates are moving out to their own adventures so now we are looking for two roomates to join us!
