About the room
Hi! I’m currently looking for someone to take my lease as I want to move back with my parents to save some money to study abroad. The lease is from now until July. It’s a huge bedroom for $513.33 a month. Only other bills are pnm and wifi. We have a great deal where we each pay $3 a month for wifi and pnm varies from $15-30. You will be living with two other females and you’re welcome to come see the house and meet the girls before agreeing. It is walking distance from UNM campus. The girls are just looking for someone who is clean and respects the common areas. Let me know!
About the roomies
The roomies mind their own business and maintain the bathroom clean with weekly cleanings. We are all students and for the most part just stay in our rooms. One of them likes to cook but they keep the kitchen clean as well. Everyone is easy going
