The bedroom is currently furnished with an extra long twin, desk, chair, and table lamp, but things can be moved into storage. I’ve gotten the OK from the property owner for an additional cat if you have one (I currently have 2 with no plans on getting more). The apartment has off street parking and is just up the hill from the bus stop. We’re a 15 minute walk from Sandy Beach and about 5 minutes from the Gastineau Meadows trail head. Latitude 58 manages the property and the background check, paperwork, lease agreement will be done through them, but I would also like a separate roommate agreement between us too. The apartment is a two story with the kitchen and living room upstairs and bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. The kitchen has a dishwasher and we have a washer/dryer downstairs.

I’ve been living in Juneau since 2010, and currently work at Fish and Game HQ in license accounting. I’m a huge animal lover with two cats of my own. I love to cook and try new recipes. For fun, I like to listen to audiobooks, do arts and crafts, spend time with friends, and get outside for nature walks when it’s not too gross out. I like to keep my mess to my room and keep shared spaces neat and tidy, but I’m not militant about it. I’m a quieter person and a night owl.
