House mate for two bedroom apartment in Greenwich Village, two blocks from NYU and Washington Square Park!

Room available June 1, 2026. Preference is long-term, but open to short term rentals.

The apartment is two bedrooms with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry in the building. The apartment is pre-furnished with bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, lounge, and kitchenware. Pre-war building with great view, plenty of light, and only one block from Washington Square Park, five minute walk from the Hudson River. Best connected block in New York: 1,2,3, F,M, A,C, E trains all one block away, L five blocks away. The available room is the larger of the two.

Rent includes utilities included (except ConEdison [depends on use] and internet [approx 65] per month).

I’m looking for a person who is very tidy, respectful of the space, and social enough to live in Manhattan close-quarters.
