Nowita Place

Amazing location on the walk streets of Venice, two blocks from Abbott Kinney. TONS of common space, big yard and garage, AC, W/D, etc. My three roommates are moving out so looking for people in mid-late twenties/early thirties to take their place. There are THREE rooms available, two share a bathroom and are similarly priced around 1800, and the other is the master and has its own huge bathroom and balcony, 2500/mo.

I am in my mid-twenties and work in digital media. I am very clean but looking for people I vibe with and want to have a positive, fun house dynamic. My other three roommates are leaving to move in with their gfs, spots like this don’t open up often!
