All utilities (electric, internet, home security) included in rent, including lawn (twice a month), pest (every quarter), and cleaning service (as needed). Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished, renting the furnished master and bedrooms for $650 and $550, unfurnished master and bedrooms for $550 and $450. There is a shed being used for storage but can be converted into a cave if that’s something you can use. Currently remodeling with the rooms with new wooden floors. Working single male professional living in the other master bedroom. Currently just me living here, no pets, occasionally will have people visit to hang out and will let you know and make sure our house plans don’t conflict. Like cats but ok with most pets. Continuously upgrading the house but current project is almost done and will not work on anything that would inconvenience you. The house is a split floor plan so I live on the other side away from your room. Fine with you either being sociable or keeping to yourself.
