The house is located in the heart of midtown, cute half house with fenced in back yard. Private back/side deck but shared backyard with upstairs tenants. Nice street and great neighbors! Half on gas, electric, and wifi (about $160 each depending)—landlord pays water/sewer/trash.

I’m 22, and have 2 cats. I’m friendly but enjoy spending most of my time on my own and spend a good bit of time working. You’ll have your own room on the main level with a shared bathroom. Basement for storage with laundry-no need to travel to clean your clothes :) I am very tidy and keep shared spaces clean at all times
