Greenbriar Drive

Hi everyone! I’m a recent Rice grad looking for someone to take over for my roommate on our lease from January until the lease ends on May 19th, with the potential for extending it up to a year if things work well. Our apartment is in the Greenbriar/Upper Kirby area, near Trader Joe’s. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom, access to the complex’s pool and small fitness center, and parking within the gated complex. Rent + utilities usually comes out to $1000/month per person or less (base rent is ~811). Our complex is pet-friendly, and although there are not currently any pets in the house, I am open to them. Our complex is no smoking, and relatively quiet. I would prefer a non-male roommate, so If you are interested or know anyone who would be, please pm!! Thank you :))

I’m a young professional working in the TMC. I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, and being outdoors. I’m usually relatively quiet :)
