Chris's room

House is in a quiet subdivision. Room is 11 by 11 or so with fairly large closet. I have a bed in there which you can have, or provide your own. The stuff in the closet will be removed, it’s just storage for now. Shared bathroom with one other person. Rent includes internet, utilities separate.

Roommate and I are both very easy going, early and mid 30s, friendly but for most part do our own thing. We work work different shifts. I’m gone during say, he’s gone during the afternoon/night. We are fairly clean but not obsessive about it. We hardly ever have overnight guests and are looking for the same in Roommate. Looking for someone with steady job and easy going.
