Master bedroom is being offered at no additional cost (rent split evenly), and comes with private bathroom and walk-in closet. Unit has washer/dryer and dishwasher. Internet is already set up along with basic living room furniture. There will be no additional fees (e.g. security deposit, amenity fees) to moving in and taking over the lease from my previous roommate, who is moving out because of a major life change.

Apartment complex has a gym, package delivery lockers, onsite dry-cleaning, 24-hour concierge, and free printing on the second floor. On the roof, there is a pool, lounge area, and observation deck with expansive views of Crystal City, DC, and Rosslyn.

The Crystal City Metro is less than 5 minute walk away.

Hello, potential roomies. I am an IT professional employed with the federal government who is seeking a roommate to move into my apartment for the remainder of the lease ( at least 8 months). I would be pleased to renew the lease for another year at the same location, or we can sign onto a lease at another apartment complex that provides the same high-quality living spaces at a more affordable price, but signing on for another year is not required.

Personal Facts:

I value cleanliness and will do everything in my power to keep bugs, critters, foul odors, and clutter out of our living space.
I am not the partying, drinking, or smoking type. However, my personality is still laid back, I’m easy to get along with, and have no problems with compromise. I will not crowd out our living space by playing loud music, talking loudly on the phone, etc. I’ll respect your right to privacy and a reasonably quiet living space.
Do you like working out? We can be lifting buddies. I have my own squat rack, barbell, bench, and weights!
My job requires me to be up and ready to work at 8 in the morning, so I go to bed on a consistent basis to wake up early. My work is hybrid, so some days I’ll go into the office for work, and other days I’ll work from home.
