Master Bedroom in 2B 2B Condo Available for Rent

Hello all! I have a master bedroom available for rent in Ballston, VA. I am looking for a female roommate to move into this unfurnished unit starting February 1st for a 1-year lease. You will have your own large bedroom and bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath condo. The master bedroom includes large, double closets with ample storage. Base rent is $1325 and utilities usually come out to $50 a month. The condo is a 5 minute walk to the Ballston metro and 7 minute walk to the Ballston mall. Safeway and Giant are both a 5 minute drive. Some other amenities include:
