Hi! My daughter and I live in a 3 bedroom house and we have our little Yorky-poodle Darla in Northwest Bakersfield. We are a school and work focused home with recognition to comfort. The room is a private room with a large shared bathroom. Our home is your home, so please feel free to use the: -kitchen -living room -den -garage -backyard -front yard

All utilities will be included with rent, this includes:

• electric, water, gas
• toilet paper, cleaning supplies
• with your permission, and at no extra costs, a cleaning service will be scheduled to provide cleaning services at least 1 month.

I am a 29 year old dad who works from home and sometimes commutes out of town for work. My daughter is only there if I am there, however, she does live with me full time. We are focused on our schooling and my work. While we maintain comfortable living, we have consciousness for cleanliness and down time for our potential neighbors. I am constantly cooking and barbecuing so please feel free to eat any food left available in the kitchen.
