Small 2 bedroom apt. Clean private room, new twin bed 55“tv, xfinity wi fi and TV included, large window very sunny w vertical blinds, large shared bathroom w tub, full kitchen privileges and half the refrigerator. Laundry room on premises. Must qualify thru landlord $50 app fee.

I am a Children’s Book Author Illustrator so I spend most of my days in my room writing or the living room painting. I am easy going, enjoy checking in w people and then moving onto my next project.
