Subleasing my room in 3 bed 1 bath apartment starting Feb 1st, 2024 until Sep 1st, 2024. Furnitured (required $1000 for it, it is yours after, not the Lanlord`s) and monthly rent +electricity. It is in the Loop, N State street, amazing location: all L-train lines within 2 min walk, Target across the street, train 15 min walk, a lot of buses around. Apartment has it is own washer and dryer. Includes gym and storage in the rent. Biggest room in the unit.

Very nice roommates, clean! First one is 30 years old girl from Columbia, pastry chef, who is always at work. Second roommate is 24 year old medical student, always in her room studying. Both very clean, so looking for someone who keep the common areas nice and neat.
