Veronica's room

Beautiful remodeled room to rent in quaint Tierrasanta. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. There is a shared bathroom for this room and another female(27) roommate. Shutters are installed this week. Room is 11’x9’ with a twin bed, nightstand, and dresser. Home is very private in a friendly neighborhood with access to biking and walking trails. Close to grocery, recreation center, schools, shops, etc.

We are a tidy couple who enjoy local events, gaming, and neighborhood walks. We have 1 roommate(27 female) who is amazing. Husband(37) goes on work trips frequently and wife(34) visits family in OC regularly, so you’ll just have the one roommate often. We have 2 kids under 5 and a shiba dog(just here on some weekends). Roommate has a cat.

We are looking for clean and considerate roommates who have steady jobs and great personalities. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
