We’re renting out our entire basement, which is quiet, private, and fully furnished with a bedroom (Queen-sized bed), full bathroom, and living area. We provide a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and utilities including high-speed WiFi. It’s close to trails on lots of open space and within walking distance to a Rec Center. Also very close to lots of restaurants, downtown Lafayette, Walmart and other grocery stores.
About the roomies
We are a senior couple with 3 cats (not allowed downstairs). Quiet but love a good conversation occassionally.
