Lyric's room

I’m looking for a roommate in the spare room of my apartment. the apartment is modern and updated and fully firnished other than the room you would be renting. It is 1200 sq ft and spacious. Lots of natural light and a double vanity sink in the bathroom. It is a 2 minute walk to campus and has garge parking under the building.

I live with my cat and originally got the place with my ex but we have parted ways so I am looking for someone to take the spare room. I am a clean and relatively laid back person and am very busy as a student athlete. I spend a lot of my time on campus so the location is ideal for me.
