Spacious bedroom available in a brand new townhome in south San Diego. Security deposit is $1000. Available April 1.

The bedroom is on the third floor with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The room is furnished with a memory foam queen bed.

All utilities included (internet, water, gas, electric, etc). Home is equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, balcony, heating and AC. The community will have a clubhouse, pool, gym, and parks by the end of 2024.

The home is in Otay Mesa, easy access to I-805 and I-5 to get to Imperial beach, Coronado, and Downtown in 20-25 minutes!

Hi! My name is Shanara and I’ll be your third roommate occupying the master bedroom. I’m 28 and work from home 2-3 days a week. I’m also in graduate school part-time taking courses online. I’m super laid back and easy going.

The second roomie is currently renting a room on the main floor. He’s in his late 20s and works full time outside of the house.

Looking for another clean, respectful, and honest tenant. I’d like to maintain a safe and comfortable space for all of us 😊
