Newly built house only 3 minutes from downtown!

I’m open to longer than 6 months, if it’s a good fit and we jive together, but this is the first time I’m having a roommate here so I want to start at 6 months.

• Quiet area by the golf course, ample space.

• It’s a 3 bedroom house that would just be shared by 2 people and a cat.

• You would get your own private room and bathroom.

• There’s a yard (not fenced), basketball court across the street, a couple min walk from Owen Park.

• The house was built in 2022 and has all new appliances and modern decor.

• Lots of gorgeous natural light, a piano, board games, fireplace, and workout equipment.

• You can park in the driveway. - Very friendly and approachable neighbors!

• Fully furnished

• Bus stop 1 minute walk

• Bills are all included: electricity, gas, wifi, water, trash, recycling, yard

• I have a bench press, weights, and a door pull-up bar you can use

• Please take shoes off in the house.

• Recycle

Expectation of responsibility:

• You’ll keep your space and bathroom clean. I’m not the maid
• Take care of your own dishes and groceries
• We take turns every week with the trash.
• We take turns emptying the dishwasher, sweeping etc.

-There are security cameras, ring doorbell, floor level carbon monoxide detectors, and smoke detectors for safety.

• I’m a late 20s professional that works from home, running my own product design studio.
• I am from New York.
• I’m very social and am out and about in the evenings a lot doing different events and outings. I’m super extroverted but I can leave you alone if you want 😂
• I’ve very active and lead a healthy lifestyle, cooking healthy, working out, climbing and swimming.
• I love board games and any type of pick up sport or activity.
• I have a tv in the living room but only really use it to listen to Spotify.
• I have a dry sense of humor, am not a cheesy “live laugh love” kinda person
• LGBTQ friendly
• I don’t drink very much, occasionally if I’m out or hosting a dinner party - and I don’t really smoke or do drugs. You do you, just do it outside please.
• I have a cat, so please no pets and be aware in case you have allergies.
• I’m not religious, I don’t care if you are
• Tidy
• I’ll occasionally host dinner parties or have friends or a date over - but would give you a heads up

Looking for someone who is clean, picks up after yourself, okay to not watching a lot of TV/movies in the living room
