3 bedroom townhouse at chicks beach. I don’t use two if the rooms, they can both be used by you. One has a desk id prefer not to move, but everything else can be moved.

I work in an office during the day and work on music in the evening. I’m low-key, don’t have company over often, don’t drink often. I smoke but not inside. Looking for someone who is low-key, just feel like two empty rooms is a waste of space. I don’t want any drama and I don’t need to rent the room, so I’m going to be picky.
