Hi everyone! I’m looking for a preferably female roommate, with no kids or pets, to rent out an upstairs bedroom of my townhouse in Kingstowne, Alexandria. The townhouse is in a pretty quiet neighborhood/community and a great location. It’s a few minutes from Springfield mall, walking distance to the Franconia-Springfield metro station, Wegmans and a ton of other shops/restaurants are very close by. The bathroom is shared with one other person. The laundry and kitchen would be shared with two other upstairs residents (myself being one of them) and a basement tenant. Common areas such as the living room, dining room, deck, etc. are all shared as well. The parking situation is great as it is all unnumbered spots so you can park freely and so can your guests!

The rent is $1,000 and I’m flexible on the length/terms of lease. You would be sharing the space with me, two other female tenants, and my puppy. He’s a sweet boy that you are welcome to play with and steal kisses from as much as you’d like. I work from home and I’m pretty easy going. I don’t have many rules, I’m just looking for someone who can be respectful of my home/property, keep the common areas clean, etc. I do love to cook (and share!).

I am a 36 year old Federal Business Development Executive that mostly works from home. The other roommate is a 30 year old teacher. We are both considerate and low maintenance girls that are friendly but also respect boundaries. The basement tenant is moving in a few weeks from now but she is also in her 30s and seems to have similar positive vibes!
