House is located in a beautiful upscale neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. Upper and lower balcony, nice backyard. Property includes pool and gym access. Close proximity to shopping communities, Walmart, Publix and turnpike. All rooms are fully furnished.

My home consists of a very small family of 3. We like having a peaceful, clean and quiet home. We don’t smoke or use illicit substances. Occupants and property will be treated with respect as we expect the same courtesy. No smoking, excessive drinking or substance use is allowed in the home. Occupants are able to grill and use the backyard, wash cars on property, use the gym and pool. Respecting each other and each other’s space is highly important.
