Howdy! My roommate Nick and I are looking for a new roommate starting first thing next year. It’s 2 bedrooms, one leading right into the other, with a door to the spacious yard in the main bedroom. We’re at the back of a cul-de-sac tucked away near the College of Marin campus in Novato, and our back gate opens on to a creek and endless open space preserve. We have access to two tennis courts across the creek, and a lovely little vegetable garden. Our lease only allows 3 people total for the four bedrooms, so no couples or families please. We have two cats (mowgli and meeko) the friendliest little kitties you’ll ever meet.

I work in the industrial rock climbing world and Nick is an environmental educator, and in our free time we both love to get outside, hike/bike/climb and hunt for mushrooms. We’re both fairly quiet, but once in awhile we have friends over for a bbq or dinner and games.
