ISO roommates* Hi everyone! I’m looking for 3 roommates to sign a 12 month lease with me starting on March 1st. There are 3 rooms available in a 4 bed 3 and 1/2 bath townhouse in West Nashville (about a 10 minute drive from downtown) The area is growing!

About the house: The house is unfurnished with relatively new appliances. The house has washer/dryer hookups and renting a washer/dryer costs about $14 per person.

Rooms available:

• Main bedroom (upstairs) with a walk in closet and private bathroom: $568 a month + utilities (usually between $70-$85 a month including washer/dryer rental)
• Downstairs bedroom with a private bathroom: $539 a month + utilities (usually between $70-$85 a month including washer/dryer rental )
• 2 Upstairs bedroom(s) with a bathroom you would share with one roommate: $500 a month + utilities (usually between $70-$85 a month including washer/dryer rental)

My name is Nakailah:)) Im from Saint Louis, Missouri and I’m 23 years old! I graduated from Tennessee State University this Fall and I work full time M-F. I’d say I’m a social butterfly, but I’m pretty chill for the most part! I occasionally go out, but I’m big on spending time with friends.
