Fully furnished large Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Move in date is flexible! The house is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and you’ll have full access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, garage and backyard. I do have 2 cats, so you’d need to be okay with that. They are elderly cats and are both sweet; one will be stand-offish at first, the other will be happy to meet you! Parking is available on the driveway. About me: I am about to turn the big 6-0, but I still think I’m 30! I moved to Hickory in order to take care of my elderly parents, both who suffered from dementia, making it next to impossible for me to leave the house for any amount of time. With both of them having passed, I now have the ability to leave and go to work, but have not found any jobs that are OK with hiring someone my age. So this means I am home most days, and you’d need to be okay with living with a bit of a hermit! I would prefer a female roommate, someone who is past their partying years and isn’t into drinking or drugs. You need to be employed and can pay your rent on time each month. I want you to feel like you are renting the house, not just the bedroom, and you will be okay to help keep it clean! All utilities are included, with 5G Wi-Fi access…but there is no cable television. There is a TV in the bedroom that has internet access, so you’ll be able to login to Netflix, Hulu, Roku, etc. You can rent on a month to month basis, or we can sign a lease for a year, or whatever you prefer. The bedroom has a King bed, 2 side tables and a tall-boy dresser. There is also a recliner with a side table, as well as a TV stand with the TV on top. There are 2 sets of bedding, one with stripes in shades of blue and another that is completely white. The bathroom has a large cabinet with drawers, a walk-in shower with shower curtain and liner, a tall toilet, and a few towels.
