Nice newly remodeled Condo in a clean and safe development called Radisson. Washer and dryer included in the unit with free use and there is a dishwasher. There is also a 1 car garage with automatic opener that could be available for an extra $150 a month. There is a walk in closet in the room with private access to the bathroom. Bedroom is furnished with new queen mattress, desk, buffet / tv stand with storage and a TV. No dresser, but could provide if necessary.

Good size room. Living room is set up with couches and chairs, TV and stereo. HOA takes care of all maintenance, snow removal, etc.

Extensive walking trails throughout the development. grocery and shopping within a few miles as well as access to 481.

I work full time 6:00 to 3:30 in East Syracuse, occasionally with a Friday off. Mostly a home body, I’d definitely prefer to keep the place tidy and cozy, probably watching some show/youtube/game on the tv or in my room. I’m super friendly, I could talk to anyone about anything and I can find interest in all kinds of stuff. Honestly looking to find a stable, consistent, and light home life.
