It’s a great space, large bedboom. Living room ,side room, small storage, laundry facilities. Full Bath with Whirlpool tub somewhat furnished.

It’s just me living upstairs live a very quiet lifestyle very very light foot traffic. Grandkids once in a while, may be an occasional friend stopping by. I work days, sleep fairly early 10 pm weekdays , 11 or 12 weekends, I have two cats and I smoke . Looking for similar lifestyle person to occupy downstairs. Very easy to get along with. I get along with anybody. I’m 20 years sober but i’m not against any of that stuff . Share kitchen and laundry room.
