About the room
We have one of two furnished rooms in our beautiful 2500+ sq. ft. pool home, built in 2004, to rent out on a month-to-month, or longer, basis. We are on the North Port/Port Charlotte border, close to Tamiami Trail on the Port Charlotte side. We are about 1.5 miles from Cocoplum Plaza in North Port. Our chosen tenant will have access to the kitchen, dinette, laundry, and pool area. And, always welcome to join us in the Family Room watching TV. We’re renting to an individual only, with no pets. Must be non-smoker/non-drinker. No overnight guests. No drugs. We will be conducting background checks and employment verification.
About the roomies
I own a storefront business on Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte. Danielle is “stay-at-home” . We are “home-bodies” for the most part. We are involved in our church. We are a quiet couple in our late-60’s each with our own great sense of humor.
