Amazing property with 3 pools and a gym. Pretty quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking to be had as well as 24 hour security on the property. Close to Sac State as well as grocery stores and banks so amazing for students looking to stay close to school. It’s 1 room in the back of the apartment, pretty spacious room and closet as well as you do get your own bathroom. Room is more of a storage space right now but of course I’ll clean and sanitize everything down before you move in. 🚀

It’s just me and my daughter, I work majority of some days so she’s usually off at daycare until I get home from work. We’re a pretty active family so we get out a lot and usually don’t sit at home much.
