This room is the Master Room of the home. It has a beautiful bedroom set and TV included. It is on the main floor, and shares a small bathroom. A vanity has been supplied for your needs. It has a walk in closet, the main Refrigerator in the kitchen and the 1st car garage parking spot. A set of personal cupboards, and a small area in the garage for personal storage.

I have just refinished this home as of Dec. 3, 2023! It has new carpet, is repainted, and new windows were installed. All the beds and bedding are new. Marketplace furniture was purchased and it is comfortable and welcoming for you and your Grandchildren when they come visit. Your personal items need to be stored in a storage unit. There is a small storage area in the garage and what you can fit in your bedroom. As you get to know each other, you can decide if items are needed and you want to share them together, you can bring them. All utilities will be paid by owner. NO PETS will be allowed in this home. The neighborhood is very safe and the people are kind. It is waiting just for YOU!
