Louvenia's room

Room is its own hallway/ wing on first floor inside house. Bathroom is down the hall, linen closet next to room. No sharing with other household members. Room can be unfurnished if tenant has own furniture. Room has large closet, comes with small fridge, brand new microwave, brand new coffee maker, full length mirror, work desk and chair, queen size bed brand new linen brand new pillows, tv with Roku, free internet. Hall has 1 available spacious linen closet. Bathroom full sized and spacious, don’t have to share with other household members. May have access to kitchen stove and sink and dining area.

Family of four (single mom) stays out of the way on 2nd floor unless cooking or cleaning.
