3 bed, 2 bath single family home in Meridian with split floor plan. 2 car garage and fenced yard! (Pets negotiable, i have a cat). 2 common area/ living rooms.

I’m a year 30 year old single female. I’m a property manager by day. I work full time and go out 1-4 times a week so I’m not home very often. I have guests few and far between.

My roommate is a 30 year old single male who typically keeps to his room if he’s not cooking. He also has guests pretty rarely. He works weekends and will often leave overnight once or twice a week.

Despite keeping to ourselves, we’re both friendly and social! (We wouldn’t mind guests whatsoever if they’re respectful, not overly rambunctious, etc). We have lived together for a year and been friends for a decade, we like to BBQ together in the summer on the weekends, etc.

Both clean, very open, upfront, and accepting people.
