Christina's room

Clean, private room with separate bath. The room comes unfurnished. You’ll also have access to the shared living spaces including the sitting area, living room, and rec. house which has a gym, pool and hot tub (pool is open seasonally). Washer + dryer on site. The house is in a quiet, gated community about 15 minutes outside of downtown Portland. Far enough away to not deal with any of the city ‘craziness’. Mostly families and older folks neighbor us and they’re all super welcoming and friendly.

The tri-met Bus-21 (on Sandy Blvd.) is directly outside the gate, takes about 40 minutes to get into Portland. Driving, it’s no more than 15 minutes.

There’s a Target, Fred Meyer, Walmart and food cart station all within walking distance from the house. Less than 15 minutes from Mt. Hood Community College Campus. The Fairview Amazon warehouse is a short walk down the road and the Troutdale location is about a 10 minute drive.

Roomate #1: I work remote so I’m home during the week. I keep to myself mostly but am open to making friends! In my free time I like to watch movies, sew, go spanish dancing or disc golfing. My partner has a studio setup in the garage so he comes by for a few hours about once a week to work.
