I’m looking for someone who is very clean, organized, and neat:

-you will have to formally apply to live in this building and they are strict about credit score/renter’s history (no evictions) -you have your own bedroom and bathroom and access to living room and kitchen (living room and kitchen must be kept clean at all times) -Utilities are not included in rent (electricity/gas/cable/WiFi will be split) -living room fully furnished (you only need to furnish your bedroom) -the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is about 1235 sq ft -next to train to head into Manhattan -parking spot available -laundry in apartment
