This room is the second largest in the unit and its large windows face the tree-lined courtyard area. It provides ample space to do exercise or yoga, and easily study and work from home.

Room amenities: Closet, AC, Full-size bed, Dresser, Wooden desk, Chair, Side Tables, Lamp, Flat-screen TV.

The modern apartment also includes an in-unit washer/dryer, a full kitchen, and a dining room that is available to use.

You will share the space with two responsible and friendly women who are mother and daughter in their 20s and 40s. One is the condo owner who is a creative/entrepreneur who works 50% from home Mon-Fri, and the other is an artist & student who attends school in Manhattan in person on weekdays.

Both are fun, busy, and calm personalities who often entertain friends at home on the weekends and spend a lot of time outside of the apartment as well.
