Terry's room

This furnished room is all set and perfect for a student vibe. You’ve got a comfy bed, desk, couch, and a handy closet.

The room is conveniently close to Antelope Valley College, the bus stop, and a nearby shopping center.

You’ll have mostly your own bathroom that is right across the room, though it’ll be shared when guests are over. As for the kitchen, there’s limited access available.

While we’re open to all, a female student is preferred.

All utilities are provided as well!

We are a family of four. My kids are adults they come every once in a while because their school is a little bit far. So the is quiet and relaxing to study.
