Private room and bathroom. Shared kitchen and living room. For parking I will give you a sticker. I work all week so I’m only home in the afternoons and nights. I have weekend guests. Normally just one. We just chill and cook and play video games.

Just me and my son. My son is chill. He just plays with his toys. He doesn’t run around in the house. He does his homework and eats and goes to bed. People around here don’t bother you what so ever.
