This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the third floor with 7 months remaining on the lease. Amenities included with rent are in-house wifi, a pool, a gym, a pet park and a pet spa. Dogs and cats are welcome and the initial pet fee is already paid. Pet rent is $20/month. Electricity is not included in rent, but is already set up through Georgia Power. There will also be a background check and application fee mandated by the leasing office. If you want to use an enclosed garage, that is also available for an additional fee.

The kitchen and common room are furnished, but the empty bedroom and bathroom are unfurnished. My former roommate still needs to come back to pick up the last few items he had to leave behind.

There is a $50 application fee for new roommates required by the leasing office.

I’m a 27-year old man whose roommate had to leave Brunswick on short notice and I need a new roommate on the lease by the end of December 2023. I get up at 4am and try to sleep by 10pm latest for my current job at the port. Please text me or message me here during the day, and I’ll call you back after work. I’m not picky when it comes to roommates and I’m fairly quiet. I don’t host any parties but I don’t mind others bringing people over with some notice.
