Radburn Terrace

This is a private room in a lovely home, located in Tobyhanna PA, it is secured in a gated community. There is four people who live in the house. My husband and myself, my eleven year old son and the other tenant that you will share a bathroom with. You will share a bathroom with only that person. Your room and bathroom are upstairs along with the kitchen, living, dining room and large deck. You will have access and are allowed to use the kitchen and dining room. The room comes furnished with a queen sized bed, standard sized closet , dresser and tv. It’s on a very quiet road with off street parking. There are many amenities available in the community such as pools parks lakes and much more. No pets are allowed there are already two gentle and loving golden retrievers. There are four people living in our home. My husband and I, my eleven year old son and one tenant of which is the person you will be sharing a bathroom with. We are a happy very peaceful and quiet family, and we work hard to create a comfortable and safe environment. I am a vacation rental Cleaner so We are very tidy people. It is very quiet and peaceful within in the home and we are on a very private area of the community. We also have two very sweet, loving and very gentle golden retrievers, that’s the only reason we don’t allow pets because there are already two dogs in the home which is a lot, it is possible that this can be negotiated if it’s a small pet. We are a family that loves knowledge and doing research on just about everything, we have been awakened to a lot. We are heart based so everything we do comes from a place of love. We seek To further grow and expand into the best versions of ourselves. We look forward to having one more person join our home. We understand if you are introverted and want to spend most of your time to Yourself or if you are not and like to have conversations here or there, we are opened to spending time having conversations and such.
