17th floor views. Modern with high end furniture, and appliances. Towels, linens, pillows, espresso/drip/ coffee, ice machine, filtered water, 6 burner gas stove with 2 separate ovens, every pot/pan/utensil you can think of, Smart TV in room, Super clean, quiet, no street noise, I never hear my neighbors. Fast internet, all bills included. If you want to park a car on premises it will be in gated lot and that’s 120 extra a month. I have two spacious rooms, the one shown is a queen bed with a larger closet but leans on the more feminine side (it has a built in makeup mirror/desk etc) The other bedroom is a twin bed with a good sized closet, TV. That one is 1.5k a month. If you enjoy peace and beauty you’ll feel right at home.

I’m extremely clean and quiet. I travel a lot for work. When I’m not traveling I own/operate a gym in NYC. I read a lot and lift weights. I don’t smoke or have pets or have parties. I’m used to discussing a wide range of topics with 6-8 clients every day from various upper level socioeconomic backgrounds , I’m a foodie and can show you NYC, NJ; So, we can chat and be friends or I can be a roommate you never see. I’m cool with either.
