There are three individual bedrooms available for rent in this single family house. Price per bedroom is NOT No double occupants in same room. No pets. No significant others sharing rooms. This is ideal for students, traveling nurses, or those who are trying on their own for the first time as the monthly cost is fixed with bills included (except internet).

FYI: There is one cat in the house. There is one bathroom on each floor, both bathrooms are shared by the roommates. Living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, and halls are considered “common areas” for all to use freely.
