Large bedroom in cute 2br/1ba cottage in Land Park. House is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to downtown. it is cozy but has plenty of outdoor space with a front & rear patio, side deck, & front porch.

I am the owner of the property. I’m in my 50s & work remotely so when I’m in Sacramento, I’m usually at home or at the gym or playing tennis or at a Kings game or at my girlfriend’s house. I want to start traveling more, perhaps months at a time. I’d like to have someone here to take care of the place.
