Raymond's room

I have a bedroom that could be finished or if need be I can get the furniture out. You would pretty much have your own private bathroom. Because the house is a two-bed two bath. If guest are visiting day mostly would use the hallway bathroom but very rarely does that happen. I started my own and own my own business. Thinking of using extra income to continue to grow and invest back into the business.

I am a 36-year-old male who lives alone. Have everything one could need or want for a home. So as long as someone respects and treats my positions is their room then there will be no need for want to have any furniture/dishes or cooking utensils. Oh that would be expected would be a small list every month or so as needed. Of household cleaning products and anything else needed to maintain a clean household (honestly just a usual smallest for a dollar store run).
