Extra bedroom in an apartment recently became available. Spacious room. Can provide a tv and Chromecast for Youtube TV. Internet, water, electric, and gas included in rent. Shared half bath on first floor, but en suite in vacant room. Washer/dryer in unit! Calm complex located near Route 9 and easy access to Parkway. Must follow landlord’s rules and any background checks, etc, and we can split groceries. Living room, kitchen, and dining room furnished. Open to redecorating as desired.
