The town house and your future room is located in south Napa (near Yacht Club), a few minutes away from downtown Napa and the Napa River/Vine Trail. The entire house is fully furnished. Kitchen includes large fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, and all the things you need to create your own culinary masterpieces. Great Room includes couch with large TV. Your First Floor Private Bedroom (unfurnished) is approximately 10x13, plus a full bathroom. It includes a large closet, vinyl plank flooring, and private bathroom with lots of counter space, drawers, and a shower/tub combo. Full access to the rest of the 1360+ sq ft house (other than other bedrooms). All utilities, including Cable, Internet, Water, Gas, Electric Included. Indoor washer/dryer. Garage parking (normal sized vehicle/SUV) included. Cable available in room for $10/month.

Note: Room is for one person (occasional guests okay). No pets.

Room will be available for move in on/before January 15, 2024. Lease is minimum 6 months, then month to month, prefer 1+ years.

Owner of home and second roommate both work for local government. Go to the gym, enjoy running, wine, watching TV, etc. Pretty low key and quiet.
