Hi all! My roommate relocating for her job and is looking for someone to take over her lease at our modern SOMA apartment. The lease is until September 3 and she trying to move out sometime between January to end of March but can be very flexible. The rent is $1553 + about $80-100 per month for utilities. About the apartment: it has in unit laundry, dishwasher, full kitchen with new appliances, 2 bed 1 bath, on the 2nd floor, a gym, parking ($350 monthly extra), rooftop deck with a beautiful view, and is right next to Costco, Trader Joe’s, and Total Wine. We are also right by the highway entrance and a short walk from two Bart stations which cuts the commute down a lot!
