Noelle's room

Our 2 bed/1 bath apartment is a spacious first floor of a house in Quincy a short walk from the Wollaston T station, a peaceful neighborhood but close to the city. We have a long driveway, a cute little yard with a pear tree, and some yummy restaurants nearby. Room photos have my stuff in them– picture it cleared out!

I’m planning to move for a new opportunity and am looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease in this apartment sometime between Jan 1 and Feb 1. Lease goes to September, with option to renew after that. The remaining roommate is a woman in her twenties who enjoys painting and hiking. Our upstairs neighbor is a very sweet elderly man with a small dog.
