I currently share ky appartment with my boyfriend. Total. Rent is 1250 a month. I have supportive housing and they are pulling out the end of march. I was only paying 30% ot my income but had gotta into a terrible car accident and broke both my legs. I just got out of the nursing home after 5 months and am able to walk but am filing for disability but my bf and i wont be able to cover the rent outta work. I am looking for a mature woman with a steady income or would even consider another couple so the rent split between so many people would be next to nothing every month that way. My only rules i ask is this: No drug use in the house No drugs stored in the house No pets unless caged or approved of by ky landlord Pay for ur own bills and necessities Split untilities with me. Also i will be requiring a background check as i am a single woman and cant have anyone dangerous around me. Also to move in i would need 1sr months rent up front and s 200 dollar deposit. The apartment is beautiful all hardwood floors except the bedrooms which are carpeted the open room has brand new twin sized bed in it as well as an empty bureau and stand up lamp. U can fit a larger bed in there should you wish u can put in a bigger one but i wouldnt go larger than a fill size just because its not that big of a room up to u. And heat is included. Dishwasher and laundry that is located on site right outside my back door. I have wifi Netflix ans roku but no cable. Buy ur own food of course. This is a great safw neighborhood and dont wanna have to lose thus place . Serious inquiries only. Sara
